Qinghai Yihua restarted PVC(A) production
Market sources reported that Qinghai Yihua Chemical Industry Co Ltd has restarted the production of its acetylene-based PVC from maintenance today.
Based in Qinghai, China, the plant has a production capacity of 300,000 ton/year. It has bee shut since 15 July 2016 for a scheduled turnaroud.
