International benchmarks for crude oil settled higher on Friday, 21 October 2022 as traders await economic data from China, which could be more bullish than expected. Meanwhile, the US dollar softened slightly against the basket of currencies, further supporting commodities traded in this currency.
Brent added $1.12 or 1.2% to close at $93.50%
WTI gained 54 cents or 0.6% close at $85.05/barrel.
