International benchmarks for crude oil remained largely unchanged on Tuesday, 27 December 2022 as refineries along the US Gulf Coast resumed operations following the winter storm, easing supply concerns substantially. Meanwhile, the optimism surrounding the China reopening continued to support the market. 

Brent added 41 cents to close at $84.33/barrel. 

WTI dropped 3 cents to close at $79.53/barrel.
