Korea's SK to shut PP units for maintenance
Market sources reported that SK Global Chemical Co Ltd (SKGC) is planning to shut its PP units by 18 September 2016 for a scheduled turnaround.
Based in Ulsan, South Korea, the company has a 183,000 ton/year No. 1 PP unit and a 193,000 ton/year No. 2 PP unit. Both plants are expected to remain off-stream until 24 October 2016.
