Major Thai maker cuts PP prices to Indonesia, maintains HDPE

Market players reported today receiving fresh offers from a major Thailand producers at $20/ton lower for all PP grades compared to last week, while HDPE prices remains unchanged.

It is reported that Indonesian buyers are replenishing homo-PP cargoes to ensure the inventory levels; yet, most deals are concluded at the lower end of the overall price range. Meanwhile, prices at the upper end are facing difficulties in attracting buying interest.
