Indonesian traders are rather optimistic that customers here would return to the market for some replenishment, however, a large part of buyers prefer to wait on the sidelines until they have a clearer picture of the post-Labour Day demand conditions in China.
A trader told CommoPlast, “It is time for some duly needed stock replenishments taking into account the lack of purchase activity prior to the onset of the holidays.”
Although some activity is expected, the rather flimsy state of the global market may hinder any large volume purchases with buyers focusing on need basis purchases for the time being.
