Japan's Mitsubishi to restart naphtha cracker

According to market sources, Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation is planning to restart its No. 2 naphtha cracker on 3 February 2016 after the unplanned shutdown on 22 January 2016.

Located at Kashima, Japan, the cracker is having ethylene capacity of 539,000 ton/year and propylene capacity of 260,000 ton/year.
