Thailand's PTTGC to shut LDPE plant for maintenance
PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC) is planning to shut its low density polyethylene (LDPE) unit for a scheduled turnaround by 19 September 2016, a source close to the company said.
Based in Map Ta Phut, Thailand, the LDPE unit has a production capacity of 300,000 ton/year. It is expected to remain off-stream until 12 October 2016.
