Shanghai Golden Philips to restart PE plant ahead of schedule
According to market sources, Shanghai Golden Philips Petrochemical Company Limited is bringing forward the re-opening of the plant from a previous scheduled target on 15 February 2016 to 5 February 2016 after an unexpected shutdown last month as reported earlier.
Based in Shanghai, China, the unit has capacity of 135,000 ton/year of PE.
