Japan's Taiyo restarted PVC production
Market sources reported that Taiyo Vinyl Corporation has restarted its PVC unit from scheduled turnaround on 13 September 2016.
Based in Chiba, Japan, the PVC unit has a production capacity of 90,000 ton/year. It has been shut since 17 August 2016.
