This decision comes after an investigation launched on 30 March 2023, focusing on PET with a viscosity of 78 ml/g or higher, under the HS code 3907 61 00 (TARIC code 3907 6100 10).
The investigation period spans from 01 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 for dumping activities, and from 01 January 2019 to 31 December 2022 for impairment.
Distinct duty rates have been assigned to various Chinese producers and exporters.
