Oil prices gained on Thursday

International benchmarks for oil prices moved higher on Thursday (22 September) a day after the EIA reported more than 6 million barrels less in US commercial crude inventories. Analysts also believed that weaker US dollar as the Fed decided to keep the key interest rate low has boosted oil prices as well. Market is watching the informal meeting between OPEC members.

Brent closed at $47.65/barrel (+0.82) for November delivery
