Indonesia's Asahimas resumed PVC production
According to market sources, PT Asahimas Chemical has restarted its polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant since yesterday (28 September 2016) after maintenance.
Based in Cilegon, Banten province of Indonesia, the PVC unit has a production capacity of 550,000 ton/year. It has been shut since 9 September 2016 for a scheduled turnaround.
