Oil prices fall on Tuesday
Oil prices posted decreases on Tuesday (16 Feb) as a conditional agreement between Saudi, Russia, Venezuela and Qatar to freeze production output fail to yield market confidence. Analysts believed that other OPEC member such as Iran will not support the agreement since the country has planned to boost production output after the western sanction was lifted.
WTI closed at $29.04 (-$0.40)
Brent closed at $32.18 (-$1.21)
