Japan's Taiyo to shut PVC for turnaround
According to market sources, Taiyo Vinyl Corporation is planning to shut its PVC unit around March-April 2017 for scheduled maintenance.
Based in Yokkaichi, Japan, the PVC unit has a production capacity of 310,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 4-5 weeks.
