Thailand's ROC shuts cracker for maintenance
According to market sources, Rayong Olefins Co (ROC) has shut its cracker since 2 November 2016 for a scheduled turnaround.
Based in Map Ta Phut, Thailand, the cracker is able to produce 800,000 tons/year of ethylene and 600,000 tons/year of propylene. The cracker is expected to remain off-stream for about 40 days until 20 December 2016.
