SK Global Chemical restarted naphtha cracker

Market sources reported that Korea’s SK Global Chemical (SKGC) has resumed production at its number 1 naphtha cracker on the 20 Feb 2016 after a week long maintenance work at the furnace. 

Based in Ulsan, Korea, the number 1 cracker has an annual capacity of about 200,000 ton/year. The company also operates another larger cracker at the same site with annual capacity of 660,000 ton/year.
