Thai major maker lifted HDPE, PP prices to Indonesia

According to market player, a major Thailand producer has announced new prices for PE and PP to Indonesia this week with $20/t increased from last week. The producer latest offers stand at $1000/t for homo-PP yarn and injection, $1030/t for PP film, $1060/t for PP block copolymer and $1170/t for HDPE grades, all on CIF Indonesia, LC AS term.

Market sources also reported that the producer has not been able to restart the PP line after encounter a production issue early this month which caused the PP supply, especially homo-PP yarn grade very tight.
