China's Baofeng shut PE unit unexpectedly 

Market sources reported that Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group Co Ltd has unexpectedly shut its coal-based PE unit this morning after experiencing a technical glitch at its granulating machine last night. 

Located at Ningxia province, China, the coal-based PE plant has a production capacity of 300,000 ton/year.
