Japan officially affirmed on ADD implementation on Chinese PET resins
The Japan Ministry of Finance (MOF) has released the final decision by cabinet councils regarding implementation of anti-dumping duties (ADD) toward imported PET resins from China. The decree will be issued on 1 September 2017, and the implementation of the new ADD rate will be effective starting 2 September 2017 and enduring for 4 months, which is until 1 January 2018.
