Another major Thailand maker lifted PP offers to Indonesia

Market sources reported that another major Thailand maker has implemented $65/t hike on their PP cargoes to Indonesia today amid limited supply from this origins. The producer open new offers at $1130/t for homo-PP raffia and injection, $1195/t for PP block copolymer and $1240/t for PP random copolymer, all based on CIF Indonesia, LC AS term.

An Indonesian buyer received the offers said, “Thailand homo-PP supply is very tight and one of the producers informed us that they would not be able to fulfil any cargoes for April and May period. We are a bit concern that the Southeast Asian PP market might remain tight for the first half of the year.”
