Japan's JXTG to shut cracker for maintenance next year
According to market sources, JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corporation is planning to shut its cracker by August-September 2018 for a scheduled turnaround.
Based in Kawasaki, Japan, the cracker has a production capacity of 515,000 ton/year of ethylene. The cracker is expected to remain off-stream for a month.
