Technical woe reported at Malaysia's LCT PP plant 

Lotte Chemical Titan (M) Sdn Bhd has encountered several production interruptions at its homo-PP unit since last week, according to a source close to the company. Located in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia, the company owns two PP lines with total production capacity of 300,000 ton/year.

The sources added, “The homo-PP line has been repeatedly shut at least three times since last week. We are working to resolve the issue and at the meantime we are still making PP copolymer grades. Our supply might only come back to normal in May.”
