China's Baofeng to shut coal-based PE for turnaround

Market sources reported that Ningxia Baofeng Energy Group Co Ltd is planning to shut its coal-based PE unit by end of April for a scheduled turnaround.

Based in Ningxia province, China, the coal-based PE plant has a production capacity of 300,000 ton/year. The unit is currently producing low-MI HDPE injection (8008) grade. It is expected to remain offline for 25 days.
