International benchmarks for oil price moved lower on Wednesday (13 April) as the US weekly oil inventories report showed a surprising increase of 6.6 million barrels last week, far more than analysts expected. Besides, market is also concern about the outcome of the meeting between major oil producers this 17 April with many pessimistic that such freeze output agreement could be reach, yet market elected to focus on the bright side that producers would likely commit to continue talks.

WTI closed at   $41.76/b (-$0.41) May delivery 
Brent closed at $44.18/b (-$0.51) June delivery
