Vinylthai begins evaluations to expand PVC business in Thailand

Thailand based group company Vinylthai PCL – a subsidiary of Japan’s AGC Group, has initiated a feasibility study to evaluate the expansion plan at its integrated PVC unit in Thailand. 

In a news release, the company said that it has applied to the area’s environmental authorities for an environment and health impact assessment. The expansion plan aims to boost Vinylthai’s PVC annual production output by nearly three-fold. 

Vinylthai is part of the AGC Group, which also operates PVC business in Indonesia and Vietnam.
