Chinese government revive ADD investigation on import PVC

Following the expired of the three years antidumping duties (ADD) on import PVC from Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Russia, and the USA on the 28 September 2018, the Chinese government has initiated a new round of investigation on the mentioned origin.
The new investigation would take approximately one year to complete and during this waiting period, the previous ADD rate would be applied. Final findings on the investigation will be published on 28 September 2018.
