Japan's Taiyo Vinyl to restart PVC plant after maintenance shutdown
Market sources reported that Japan's Taiyo Vinyl is planning to restart its PVC line this week after completed a three week long maintenance work slated in March 2016.
Based in Yokkaichi, Japan, the PVC plant has an annual production capacity of 310,000 tons/year.
