Thai major slashed HDPE offers, maintain PP prices to Indonesia

According to market sources, a major Thailand producer has announced new prices to Indonesia this week with $10/t lower on HDPE cargoes while maintaining PP prices unchanged from last week. The producer’s price list is shown in the following table:

Market sources attributed the stable to soft trend to weakening buying interest in Indonesia recently and many have expressed their expectation for further reduction in the near term given persistent sluggish demand.
