Thailand’s PTT to shut HDPE plant for turnaround

Market sources reported that PTT Global Chemical (PTTGC) is planning to shut its No. 2 HDPE plant by 11 May 2019 for a planned maintenance.
Based in Map Ta Phut, Thailand, the HDPE plant has a production capacity of 330,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for about 20 days.
