Market reported that Shell has officially declared force majeure on its cracker in Singapore after a technical issue took place on 26 Nov. Based in Pulau Bukom, Shell's cracker is able to produce the following product:

Market players reported that Shell is seeking to secure ethylene and propylene in the open market, and there is rumour Shell has also sought ExxonMobil in Singapore to supply ethylene by pipeline.
