Major turnaround at South Korea’s GS Caltex RFCC unit

According to market sources, GS Caltex has shut its fluid catalytic cracker (RFCC) unit on 27 April 2019 for a planned turnaround and still pending for restart.
Based in Yeosu, South Korea, the unit is able to produce 250,000 tons/year of propylene. It is expected to remain off-stream for 2 months.
