China’s Kingfa Sci. & Tech to build new PP plant

It is reported that Kingfa Sci. & Tech has signed a framework agreement with the Administration Committee of Ningbo Economic and Technical Development Zone on the 1 July 2019 to construct a petrochemical plant in the area.
The company entered the agreement through its subsidiary - Ningbo Kingfa New Material for the project that would cost approximately CNY10.5 billion (USD 1.5 billion) and potentially produces produce 1.2 million tons of propylene, 1.2 million tons of polypropylene (PP) and 400,000 tons of modified PP a year.
