India’s MRPL postponed restart schedule of PP plant

According to market sources, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has delayed the restart of its PP plant to third week of September 2019.

Based in Mangalore, Karnataka, India, the PP plant has a production capacity of 440,000 tons/year. It has been shut since 9 August 2019 due to a landslide near the pipeline area that lead to pipeline damaging and was initially planned to start up by end of the month.
