It is reported that Zhejiang Petrochemical Co Ltd (ZPC) is working to bring its Phase I petrochemical plant in Zhoushan, China online within 2019.
Zhejiang Petrochemical Co Ltd (ZPC) has in its bucket three phases of new petrochemical plants with Phase I is near completion of construction while Phase II is still progressing. The detailed plant capacities are as following:

A source close to the company told CommoPlast that it is planning to start up the cracker in November 2019 before bringing Phase I downstream plants online in December 2019. Would the startup smooth-sail, the company would be able to achieve on-spec cargoes in the first quarter of 2020.
