Domestic PP and PE offers move south in Malaysia
A major Malaysian producer reportedly decreased local offers by MYR100/t ($24/t) for homo-PP and PE, MYR50/t ($12/t) for copolymer-PP, and stable offers for BOPP and LDPE non-film grades compared to last month’s offers. Players attributed the narrower price reduction to the weaker regional currency recently.
