UPDATE: Scheduled shutdown at local PP plants in China from May – June

Throughout the month of May and June 2020, a number of local PP plants in China are having scheduled shutdowns that affect local spot availability. In fact, it is estimated that in June, these shutdowns would result in nearly 205,000 tons loss in production output. However, with at least four plants restarted at the time of this report, availability is expected to improve significantly in the coming month.
The following table detailed out the shutdown schedule at each plant.
