China's Zhejiang Satellite emergency shut PDH unit

According to market sources, Zhejiang Satellite Petrochemical Co Ltd has shut its PDH unit due to technical glitches after previous shutdown.

Based in Zhejiang, China, the PDH unit has a production capacity of 450,000 ton/year of propylene. It is expected to remain off-stream for 15-20 days. The plant has been shut for maintenance since mid of April, while experiencing on and off issues upon restart and the production rate has remain low throughout the time.
