Asia to embrace second wave of naphtha crackers maintenance shutdown

As most naphtha crackers in the region are gradually resuming operation after completing maintenance work throughout quarter 2 of the year, ethylene costs have been steadily following the softening trend in the past week. However, industries experts believed that this trend might end in the near term given the second wave of cracker shutdown taking place during quarter 3 and quarter 4.
