Domestic producer keeps PP and PE offers on stable to firmer trend in Indonesia
It is reported that a major local producer in Indonesia has opened fresh PP and PE offers to buyers here with additional increases from the previous week, citing the lack of availability, especially for PP thermoforming grade.

A number of PP buyers started to complain about the continuous price increment amid sluggish end product businesses. However, it appears that sellers are in no rush to make any price adjustment at the moment given the tight supply outlook this quarter.
“Would local demand fail to pick up, suppliers can always target the export market. We expect steady purchasing activities in the near-by China market in the post-Golden Week period,” a trader added.
