Singapore's Chevron to shut HDPE for maintenance
According to market sources, Chevron Phillips Chemicals Asia Pte Ltd is planning to shut one of its HDPE unit by 14 July 2016 for scheduled turnaround.
Based in Jurong, Singapore, the company has two HDPE units each with a production capacity of 200,000 ton/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 40 days and planning to restart by 20 August 2016.
