VCM unit restarted by Japan's Keiyo from maintenance
According to market sources, Keiyo Monomer Co Ltd has restarted its vinyl chloride monomer (VCM) unit from maintenance last weekend.
Based in Chiba, Japan, the unit has a production capacity of 200,000 ton/year. It has been shut around late May 2016 for scheduled turnaround.
