India's Reliance shut No. 2 PTA unit for maintenance
According to market players, Reliance Industries Limited has shut its No. 2 purified terephthalic acid (PTA) unit on 22 June 2016 for a scheduled turnaround.
Based in Hazira, Gujarat, India, the No. 2 PTA unit has a production capacity of 510,000 ton/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 15 days.
