International benchmarks for crude oil continued to fall on Wednesday, 17 March 2021 after the government data showed the US crude inventories rose 2.4 million barrels last week, further hampered the sentiment after several EU countries suspended the use of one of the major COVID-19 vaccine.

Brent settled 39 cent lower or 0.6% to $68/barrel.

WTI dropped 20 cent or 0.3% to $63.68/barrel.
