Market sources reported that Shanghai Secco Petrochemical Co Ltd has unexpectedly shut its LLDPE unit today due to technical issues on granulator.
Based in Shanghai, China, the LLDPE unit has a production capacity of 300,000 ton/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for about 2 weeks.
