International benchmarks for crude oil fell for the second session in a row after a report from the EIA showing 4.6 million barrels build-up in US crude inventories.
On the bright side, non-manufacturing activities rebounded to 53.2 points in September from 47.5 in August as the government eased COVID-19 related restrictions.
The Agency said that US crude outputs jumped 500,000 barrels per day last week to 11.1 million barrels per day.
