The market was stable-to-firm as tight supply drove sharp increases from both imports and domestically, but buyers remained reluctant to chase the rally amid expectations of incoming supply. Buyers, however, remained cautious and largely resisted the higher levels amid adequate coverage, weak downstream demand and limited transactional activity.
