UPDATE: Indonesia’s Pertamina delays restart at PP plant

It is reported that PT Pertamina postpones the restart at its PP plant in Plaju, South Sumatera, Indonesia by one week from the initial schedule after taking the unit offline for maintenance on 16 September 2021. 

The 47,000 tons/year line would resume operating on 10 October 2021. 

The delay has contributed to the recent torrid hikes in the spot PP market in recent days, especially on PP film grade.
