Oil rebounded from 9-month lows on US supply disruption
International benchmarks for crude oil rose more than 2% on Tuesday, 27 September 2022 after dipping to 9-month lows in the previous session. Easing in the US dollar coupled with the supply curbs in the US Gulf of Mexico ahead of Hurricane Ian supported the rebound.
Brent settled $2.21 higher at $86.27/barrel.
WTI added $1.79 to close at $78.50/barrel.
