Market sources reported that Baotou Sea Level Chlor-Alkali Company has emergency shut its PVC(A) plant since 23 Jan 2018 due to technical glitches.
Based in Inner Mongolia, China, the plant has a production capacity of 400,000 tons/year. The restart schedule of the plant could not be ascertained.
